Panelists will debate what it takes to deliver a sustainable building, from briefing stage through to practical completion. Discussion will highlight key sustainability considerations which should be included in the design brief, rules of thumb and use of modelling at concept stage, getting the most out of engineers, green specification, holding onto sustainability through procurement, supervising construction to ensure build quality, commissioning and post-occupancy visits/monitoring
