Thursday 23 April, 6.00pm - 8.00pm

Location: Hilton London Wembley

Today, after ten years of investment and seven years of development, Quintain has completed the first chapter of Wembley Park’s transformation into a new destination for London with a unique combination of attractions. These include London’s only designer shopping outlet, a four-star Hilton Hotel and the historic Wembley Arena, all right next to the world-famous National Stadium. 1.8 million sq ft of construction has been completed to date, with a further 6 million sq ft to deliver.

The event will start in the reception of Hilton London Wembley for a site tour hosted by senior members of Quintain. Participants will be shown infrastructure which has been delivered at Wembley Park over the last decade. When the tour is complete, participants will head to the Hilton’s Sky Bar on level 9 for presentations from Duncan Price of Buro Happold and James Saunders of Quintain, followed by a drinks reception with panoramic views across site.

Duncan Price has been involved in the redevelopment of Wembley Park since 2002, providing sustainability advice through the planning of the development.

James Saunders is Quintain’s Chief Operating Officer, based at Wembley Park. The evening will finish with the opportunity to discuss future plans for Wembley Park and talk to senior members of the Quintain and Buro Happold teams involved in the project, covering Project and Estate Management, Masterplanning, Planning and Sustainability.
